Eligibility:

M.Sc. in any branch of Biological Sciences such as Biochemistry, Biophysics, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Botany, Zoology, MBBS with first class.

Mode of Selection:

The selection will be based on All India Entrance Test and Interview. All eligible candidates would be called for an entrance test, which will be held in the first week of June at Bangalore, Cochin, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Madurai, Visakhapatnam, Port Blair (Andamans) and Pondicherry. (The tests at these centres will be held subject to sufficient number of candidates opting for).

Reservation of seats:

15% of seats for SC,
7.5% for ST and
3% for PH.

Course Duration:

One year

Annual Intake:

Fifteen (15 nos.) students are envisaged to be selected every year. However, in the first 2 years we have taken 5 students.
