High Performance Liquid Chromatography system.

Different types of ion exchange columns are available for eluting the protein sample. HiTrap - CM Sepharose (5ml), HiTrap - CM Sepharose (5ml), DEAE sepharose (30ml), Size Exclusion column, etc., are few examples among the columns we have. HPLC is connected with the dedicated PC for automated control.

Eight different standard operational modes are available to perform these studies. Microprocessor based UV-VIS Spectrophotometer with high resolution LCD display and soft keypad for operation on 220V/50 Hz with glass and quartz cuvette. It is connected with desktop system to enable complete PC control. Various biomolecule samples can be estimated accurately with a Wide wavelength range of 1,100 nm to 190 nm, built in validation program, diagnostic and security functions.

It is provided with a 96 wells microplate with a wavelength range of 400-750 mm. the measuring range for the instrument is 0-4.000 Abs and the measuring time is about 3 seconds per plate in a continuous mode. It supports the absorbance, dual wavelength and multi wavelength methods.

Has a UV-to-white light converter for viewing protein gels. It has a microprocessor based controller with an electromagnetic door latch supported by an electronic door lock with security function to prevent interruption to long exposure. There is high resolution cooled camera for noise free images with 5.5 effective mega pixels. Neutral field screens to automatically eliminate uneven light illumination and lens distortion effects. Captures and analyzes images stained with Ethidium Bromide, Silver stain and Comassive Blue.

Equipped with a 20 vial Interchangeable Sample Blocks in this instrument. It shows a complete digital display profile and cycle sequencing with a heated lip facility. The most efficient heating and cooling rates (4-5C) are maintained. It supports a temperature range of 4-99C. There's a power input of 220-240VAC, 50Hz and also has auto restart facility.

The freezer shows programmable controls. The interior stainless steel shelves can be easily cleaned. There are four interior compartment doors and five door option. The temperature ranges around -50C to -86C. The capacity is 13 cu ft or 368.1 liters with a RTD control monitor probe that works with the controller to maintain stable freezer temperature.

We have a -20C deep freezer for regular storage of protein samples for proteomics and molecular biology work. There are no compartments found apart from a small shelve. The temperature ranges from -4C to -20C

8.       

Table top centrifuge with a total volume of 500ml. It serves a temperature range of -9C to 40C. The fixed angle and swing out rotor helps in accommodating both bottom tubes as well as falcon tubes. The swing out rotor also accommodates 36 of 15ml falcon tubes or 48 of 15ml round bottom. Short spin with selectable rotational speed is one its features. Separate rotors for 1.5 - 2.0ml eppendorf tubes are found. A maximum of 12,000rpm is the rotation capacity.

9.       

The REMI cooling centrifuge has a maximum speed of 6000 RPM at 10 tube of 15 ml total square body, with lid lock and speed control by analogue. It also has a digital display of timer and the timer time has 0-60 minutes speed in digital display. Auto off lid open along with lid breaking system is provided. The power consumption is 500 watt and the requirements include 220V and 50 to 60 Hz.
