Instructions & Guidelines

Participation in the Global Summit on Innovative Drug Design, Discovery, and Translational Research (GLOBALDDT-25) requires all delegates to follow certain instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth, fair, and enriching experience.

This section outlines the essential steps related to registration, abstract submission, presentations, accommodation, and certification. Participants are encouraged to carefully review these details well in advance to avoid last-minute difficulties. The guidelines have been designed to provide clarity, maintain academic standards, and ensure that every delegate benefits fully from the sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Whether you are presenting your research or attending as a delegate, adhering to the instructions will help us create a professional and collaborative environment throughout the event.

Registration

  • All participants must register online through the official event website.
  • Registration will be confirmed only after successful fee payment.
  • Abstracts can be submitted only through the registration form as a file upload. Email submissions will not be accepted.
  • Fill out the online registration form carefully with accurate personal and institutional details.
  • Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • Upload a copy of your valid Student ID / Faculty ID proof where applicable. The allowed file size limit is 2 MB. You may use online JPG / PDF compressor services like ILoveIMG to compress images and SmallPDF to compress pdf files.
  • International participants must ensure correct passport details while registering.

Abstract Submission

  • All abstracts must be submitted using the official abstract submission template provided.
  • Authors are required to download the template here (below), fill in the requested abstract content in appropriate fields, and upload the completed file during online registration.

  • Abstract Body: Maximum 250 words
  • Keywords: Maximum 3 keywords
⚠ Important Notes
  • Do not modify fonts, sizes, spacing, or margins inside the template.
  • Submissions not following the format may be rejected or returned for corrections.

Presentations

  • All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
  • Acceptance of abstracts will be communicated via email.
  • Participants opting for presentations may indicate their preference (Oral/Poster) during registration.
  • The decision on presentation Mode rests with the Scientific Committee and the same will be communicated to the selected participants.

Registration Fee & Accommodation

  • Registration fee covers access to all sessions, conference kit, and hospitality (Lunch & Dinner) during the event.
  • Accommodation will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • Allotment is strictly for the duration of the event and cannot be extended for weekend stays.
  • Participants must vacate the rooms by 12:00 PM on 31st October 2025 without exception.
  • Accompanying persons will not be provided with a conference kit.

Payment Instructions

  • In the Registration Form, after filling the Personal Details, Contact Details, Academic Details, Participation Details and Accomodation Details section; the total payment due will be displayed.
  • Payment can be made through:
    • Option 1: UPI QR Code Payment
    • Option 2: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
  • Complete payment as per displayed amount.
  • After successful payment, upload the payment proof (screenshot / transaction receipt) in the form.
  • Max file size 2 MB is allowed. You may use online JPG / PDF compressor services like ILoveIMG to compress images and SmallPDF to compress pdf files.
