General Instructions

  • The presenting author must register for the Seminar/Workshop.
  • All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
  • Acceptance of abstracts will be communicated via email.

Abstract Format Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted using the official abstract submission template provided.
  • Authors are required to download the template here (below), fill in the requested abstract content in appropriate fields, and upload the completed file during online registration.

General Guidelines
  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman Title: 14 pt, Bold, Centered
  • Author Names: 12 pt, Centered
  • Affiliations: 12 pt, Centered
  • Corresponding Author Email: 11 pt, Centered
  • Abstract Text: 12 pt, Justified
  • Keywords: 11 pt, Italic
📏 Word Limit
  • Abstract Body: Maximum 300 words
  • Keywords: Maximum 3 keywords
⚠ Important Notes
  • Do not modify fonts, sizes, spacing, or margins inside the template.
  • Submissions not following the format may be rejected or returned for corrections.

Submission Process

  • Fill your abstract into the official template.
  • Save the completed document in DOCX format (Default format in MS Word 2007 or later versions).
  • While completing your online registration, you will be prompted to upload your abstract file.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed and included in the Souvenir/Proceedings upon acceptance.

Presentation Mode

  • Selected abstracts will be scheduled for:
    • Oral Presentation (10-12 min talk) 
    • Poster Presentation
  • The decision on presentation Mode rests with the Scientific Committee.
