Registration Instructions

We welcome participants to register for the International Seminar on Crystallography and Drug Design and the parallel Workshop on Bioinformatics, Molecular Modelling, and Drug Design.

Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding with registration:

Single Registration Form
  • Use this form to register for:
    • Seminar only
    • Workshop only (40 registrations only shall be accepted)
  • Make your selection under the field “Registering For” while filling the form.
Registration Process
  • Fill out the online registration form carefully with accurate personal and institutional details.
  • Fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • Upload a copy of your valid Student ID / Faculty ID / Industry ID proof where applicable.
  • International participants must ensure correct passport details while registering.
Registration Fee Structure
  • Fee structure varies for:
    • ICA Members / Non-ICA Members
    • Students / Faculty / Industry Professionals
    • Indian & Foreign Participants
  • The applicable registration fee will be automatically calculated and diplayed in the payment section of form based on your selections.
  • A late bird fee of INR 1000 (excluded from registration fee) will be charged (i.e. between 6th – 20th September, 2025).
Accommodation Charges (Optional)
  • Participants may opt for accommodation while registering.
  • Accommodation is arranged in nearby hotels with transportation facilities.
  • Accommodation charges are separate and will be calculated and displayed along with registration fees.
Payment Instructions
  • After filling the Personal Details, Contact Details, Academic Details, Participation Details and Accomodation Details section; the total payment due will be displayed.
  • Payment can be made through:
    • Option 1: UPI QR Code Payment
    • Option 2: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
  • Complete payment as per displayed amount.
  • After successful payment, upload the payment proof (screenshot / transaction receipt) in the form. Max file size 2 MB is allowed.
Confirmation & Communication
  • Your registration will be verified after payment receipt.
  • Official confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID within a few days.
  • All future communication regarding the event will be through the email ID provided.
Important Notes
  • Kindly double-check your email ID, mobile number, and uploaded documents before submission. All documents like IDs and payment screenshot must be below 2 MB of file size.
  • Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Early registration is encouraged as limited slots are available.
  • A late bird fee of INR 1000 (excluded from registration fee) will be charged (i.e. between 6th – 20th September, 2025).
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

Registration includes: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for three days (September 24-26) and Registration Kit. Accommodation is not included.
