Information, Guidelines and Fee

Participation in the SNCI conference 2026 and Pre-Conference Workshop requires all delegates to follow certain instructions and guidelines to ensure a smooth, fair, and enriching experience.

This section outlines the essential steps related to registration, abstract submission, presentations, accommodation, and certification. Participants are encouraged to carefully review these details well in advance to avoid last-minute difficulties. The guidelines have been designed to provide clarity, maintain academic standards, and ensure that every delegate benefits fully from the sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Whether you are presenting your research or attending as a delegate, adhering to the instructions will help us create a professional and collaborative environment throughout the event.

Abstract Submission

  • Please refer the Conference Page for the information on Themes for Abstract submission.
  • The abstract must be presented in only English language.
  • All abstracts must be submitted using the official abstract submission template provided.
  • Authors are required to download the template here (below), fill in the requested abstract content in appropriate fields, and upload the completed file during online registration.

    Title: 14 pt, Bold, Centered
  • Author Names: 12 pt, Centered
  • Affiliations: 12 pt, Centered

  • Abstract Text: 12 pt, Justified
  • Keywords: 11 pt, Italic
Word Limit
  • Abstract Body: Maximum 250 words
  • Keywords: Maximum 3 keywords
Important Notes
  • Do not modify fonts, sizes, spacing, or margins inside the template.
  • Submissions not following the format may be rejected or returned for corrections.

Abstract Selection

  • All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
  • Acceptance of abstracts will be communicated via email.
  • Participants opting for presentations may indicate their preference (Oral/Poster) during registration.
  • The decision on presentation Mode rests with the Scientific Committee and the same will be communicated to the selected participants.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Limit your presentation to 3 minutes duration + 2 minutes for Q&A.
  • The judge’s decision will be final for award category.
  • Please abstain from making any political or religious statements on your poster.
  • No slide transitions, animations, or movements are allowed. The slide must be displayed from the beginning of the presentation.

Poster Guidelines

  • Poster Size: 1 metre (height) × 1 metre (width)
  • Poster Format: Ensure that the content is clearly legible from a reasonable distance. Use a clear layout with concise text, high-quality images, and appropriate font sizes.
  • Author Presence: At least one of the authors must be present near the poster during the designated session to interact with judges and attendees.
  • Please arrange your poster with the following sections: introduction, methodology, results, conclusion and acknowledgement.
  • The judge’s decision will be final for award category.
  • Please abstain from making any political or religious statements on your poster.

Registration

  • Registration fee covers access to all sessions, conference kit, and hospitality (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) during the event.

  • In the Registration Form, after filling the Personal Details, Contact Details, Academic Details, Participation Details and Accomodation Details section; the total payment due will be displayed.
  • Payment can be made through:

  • Complete payment as per displayed amount.
  • After successful payment, upload the payment proof (screenshot / transaction receipt) in the form.
