This is my third visit to the Centre and the first to the new building. As was done, this Centre has left a lasting impression on me both in term of research activities and interm of teaching programs. I wish that this Centre will soon be regonised as a department by the University and also develops into a Centre of Excellence in the forefront areas of modern biology.

Centre for Bioinformatics in Pondicherry University is among the very best. After my insteraction I found the students very enthusiastic. It certainly helped me in teaching the students. The facilities are excellent and I hope to see good talent coming out of the Centre in near future.
